All of our Collision Repair Technicians are I-Car certified and are qualified to work on any model vehicle. We use a computerized paint matching systems that ensures we match the paint of your vehicle. When you bring your vehicle to any AMM Collision Center for repairs, you’re given a Lifetime Guarantee for as long as you own your vehicle. Our lifetime guarantee includes paint, body and mechanical labor.

Our History

Over 40 years ago Don George and Pete Vescovo went into business selling used cars. Today their children, Galen George and Philip Vescovo, are partners in Austin Motor Mile – where cars are restored to their like-new look.

George runs the business while Vescovo takes care of the books. The two are cousins and it keeps things interesting that they’ve kept their fathers’ tradition of working together.

After moving the body shop from the motor mile to Manchaca in 1996, Austin Motor Mile has continued to grow its business in South Austin. In 2004, Austin Motor Mile Body & Paint opened its second location in Dripping Springs followed by its newest location in Kyle in 2006.

After opening its new location in Kyle, TX, Austin Motor Mile Body & Paint changed its name to AMM Collision Centers. With the name change, AMM Collision Centers’ services include paint, body/collision repair, frame, wheel alignment and mechanical as well as vehicle repair estimates, insurance repair negotiations and car wash.
